Papercuts - “Future Primative” (From You Can Have What You Want)

Jason Quever, the man who is Papercuts, makes the sort of dreamy folk pop that, at first blush, sounds simple, but closer inspection proves that it’s anything but. You Can Have What You Want, Papercuts’ third album, is a gorgeous, dreamy little trip that I suggest you take.  The songs here are hazy, introspective, and sound a bit like 1960s California on a rainy day.  This album sounds better each time I listen to it and comes highly recommended.
